We had a great experience staying at Residenz. The breakfast was fantastic with plenty of options for everyone. They even provided a separate room for guests with pets, which was very comfortable and had excellent service. The rooms were spotlessly clean and well-equipped, including a fridge/freezer and a microwave. The staff, especially the check-in receptionist, was polite, helpful, and informative. it was a wonderful choice, especially for families with pets and those visiting the nearby Holiday Park.

No iron in the room or at the front desk (for a business traveller, it's good to have an iron in the room to iron out wrinkles on shirts after taking them out of a luggage). Better if there is coffee in the room or in the lobby area.

Despite only staying for 8 hours, the experience was everything that is good about Germany - clean, efficient, and orderly. The check-in process was easy, the staff spoke English well, and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel had everything I needed, and I would gladly stay there again. The staff provided excellent service, and we were impressed with the room service and laundry facilities. The hotel also had a fitness center and sauna, which added to the overall luxury and comfort of our stay.
